Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers
Kaeser Secotec dryers are designed to provide energy savings during periods of low demand. By using a thermal storage medium, the refrigerant compressor is able to cool the medium down to a certain temperature then discontinues operation until the temperature rises again. Significant amounts of energy are saved because the refrigerant compressor runs only when it is needed.
Kaeser Secotec dryers come in 14 different models that are able to process anywhere from 20-520 CFM.
Features include a stainless steel separator to
remove 99.9% of liquid water, an electronic drain to remove condensate,
and two oversized heat exchangers
to prevent high pressure drops.
Well designed component placement combined with removable panels provides easy access for maintenance and repairs.
