Flow Controller

With the high energy demands that compressed air systems require, regulating the air within the piping system can significantly cut costs.  The Kaeser Flow Controller is designed specifically for this task.  It is placed after the storage air receiver and allows proper pressure built up in the air receiver while releasing a constant supply of air downstream.  The constant air supply is more efficient because it reduces flow fluctuations and pressure drops that force the compressed air system to run at higher pressures and use more energy.

The KFC series has a simple design that is easy to service, offers a quick response to flow fluctuations and requires less than 5 PSI to operate.  It can also be installed in almost any new or existing compressed air system without any major piping changes.

KCF models are available with several accessories such as dew point monitors and flow sensor and range from 250-3750 SCFM.
