PACKAGED AIR SYSTEMS match our Sigma rotary screw compressors with a high-efficiency Secotec refrigerated dryer, an appropriately sized receiver, and filtration to provide the required air quality level.  These complete, ready-to-use systems  put a complete air system in a small space.

Sizes range from a simplex 3 horsepower to duplex 20 horsepower systems.

  
     
  INTEGRAL DRYER T-series compressors are reliable and efficient. The integral refrigerated dryer provides high quality compressed air from one compact package.  The air compressor and refrigeration dryer are housed in separate, modular cabinets for easy access to all maintenance points.

The refrigerated dryer module is attached to and receives its power from the main compressor cabinet - providing easy, single point hook-up.  All units are piped and wired, and ready to go.  The individual cabinets help to prevent the heat of compression from affecting dryer performance.
     

SIGMA CONTROL MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL

Efficiently managing and monitoring a compressed air system will provide valuable information on how the system is running and allow you reduce energy and maintenance costs.  Kaeser’s SIGMA CONTROL has the ability to do this through networking multiple compressors in a compressed air system and accurately matching the compressor’s output to the amount of air that is in demand. 

The SIGMA CONTROL BASIC is offered for companies that desire the benefits of the SIGMA CONTROL but their compressed air system is powered by only a single rotary screw compressor.  If the need to a expand the compressed air system to two or more compressors is necessary, then the SIGMA CONTROL BASIC has the capability to work together with other compressors that have a SIGMA CONTROL.

SIGMA CONTROL is an available option for Kaeser models SX, SM, SK and AS compressors and comes standard on all ASD to HS models. 

SIGMA CONTROL BASIC is an available option for Kaeser  SX series compressors, and standard on series SM, SK and AS compressors.
